ক্ষতি এবং সমস্যা ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে অভ্যর্থনা করার সময় আপনার অর্ডার পরিদর্শন করুন এবং আইটেমটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে বা আপনি যদি ভুল আইটেমটি পান তাহলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন যাতে আমরা সমস্যাটি মূল্যায়ন করতে পারি এবং এটি সঠিক করতে পারি।
ব্যতিক্রম/অ ফেরতযোগ্য আইটেম নির্দিষ্ট ধরণের আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়া যায় না, যেমন কাস্টম পণ্য (যেমন বিশেষ অর্ডার বা ব্যক্তিগতকৃত আইটেম) আমরা ফেরত গ্রহণ করি না। আপনার নির্দিষ্ট আইটেম সম্পর্কে আপনার প্রশ্ন বা উদ্বেগ থাকলে অনুগ্রহ করে যোগাযোগ করুন। দুর্ভাগ্যবশত, আমরা বিক্রয় আইটেম বা উপহার কার্ডের রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করতে পারি না।

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception in front of the delivery man and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you will have the item exchanged in 4-7 working days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
