চালান নীতি

গ্রাহকদের পরিষ্কার করে শুরু করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যে আপনার অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়গুলি তারা চেকআউটের সময় দেখে নেওয়া শিপিংয়ের সময় থেকে আলাদা৷

আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেল পাওয়ার পরে সমস্ত অর্ডার 2 থেকে 5 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে (সপ্তাহান্ত এবং ছুটির দিনগুলি ব্যতীত) প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। আপনার অর্ডার পাঠানো হয়ে গেলে আপনি আরেকটি বিজ্ঞপ্তি পাবেন।

গণনাকৃত শিপিং হারের জন্য: আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য শিপিং চার্জ গণনা করা হবে এবং চেকআউটের সময় প্রদর্শিত হবে।

সাধারণ ফ্ল্যাট রেট শিপিংয়ের জন্য: আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ফ্ল্যাট রেট শিপিং অফার করি এছাড়াও আপনি যেকোন ফ্রি শিপিং থ্রেশহোল্ডের উপর জোর দিতে পারেন (যেমন 5000tk এর বেশি অর্ডারের জন্য ফ্রি শিপিং)।

একাধিক শিপিং বিকল্পের জন্য, আপনি একটি টেবিলে ক্যারিয়ারের বিকল্প, দাম এবং ডেলিভারির সময় তালিকাভুক্ত করতে পারেন।শুরুতে অন্য কোনো প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত করুন, যেমন উচ্চ পরিমাণের অর্ডারের কারণে সম্ভাব্য বিলম্ব বা ডাক পরিষেবার সমস্যা যা আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।

Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to All over Bangladesh

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over 5000tk). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.
